The Essential:
Wedding Day Management

Day of Coordination

$2,800.00

Wedding Day Management is ideal for the couple who has a little bit more time to devote to the initial wedding planning demands but wants to ensure they’re set up for success and that all the final details will be taken care of. We believe every couple deserves a coordinator, because let's be honest, the last thing you, your wedding party or family want to do on the most significant day of your life is work. Starting 30 days before your big day, we will communicate with vendors, organize order of events, and tie up loose ends, ensuring your wedding goes off without a hitch. From creating a detailed itinerary to lighting the sparklers at midnight, our team works diligently so that you can soak in every special moment.

PHASE I: DISCOVERY

·Connecting and getting to know you
·Unlimited communication and professional guidance
·LO’s Planning Guide at time of booking to ensure you stay on track

PHASE II: VENDORS

·Access to LO’s Preferred Vendors at time of booking

·Vendor contract review

PHASE III: LOGISTICS

·In-person consultation (venue site visit and details meeting typically at time of menu tasting)
·Event space diagrams and finalization
·Final vendor communication

·Event timeline finetuning and communication to all vendors

PHASE IV: COORDINATION

·Ceremony rehearsal (1 hr)
·8 hours of wedding day coordination includes displaying all personal decor and items for ceremony and reception, overview of all venue and vendor setup, greet guests upon arrival and usher to ceremony, line up wedding party for processional and grand entrance, manage event flow and timeline, assist DJ/Band with preparing family and friends for toasts, troubleshoot surprises or last minute changes discreetly, distribute vendor gratuities, ensure end of event arrangements are made for personal decor items, gifts and florals, and access to LO’s Emergency Kit

The Elegant:
Partial Planning
Design & Coordination
$5,500.00

Our Partial Planning service is designed to support you in the final months leading up to your wedding day. Perfect for couples who have already secured their venue and most of their vendors, but need expert assistance to pull everything together, coupled with design aesthetic. We'll help ensure your day comes together effortlessly. We focus on refining final details, managing timelines, organizing logistics, and ensuring a seamless, cohesive experience. The ideal time frame for the scope of work in this collection is 6 months out from your wedding date and includes everything in The Essential collection.

Full Planning
Start to Finish Planning
Starting at $8,000.00

Our Full Planning service is ideal for couples who trust the experts and want to focus on enjoying their engagement and wedding day without getting bogged down by details and logistics. Understanding that full planning is a true investment in your own experience, this package is a hands-on, all inclusive service that manages nearly every aspect of your wedding from start to finish. Your wedding will be uniquely tailored to fit your vision, preferences, budget and any special requirements. The ideal time frame for the scope of work in this collectionn is 10-12 months out and includes everything in "The Elegant" and "The Essential" collections.
